Privacy policy statement ex art. 13Law Decree 196/2003

Dear Sir/Madame, we would like to inform you that the Law Decree n. 196 dated on 30 June, 2003 ("Code on personal data protection") foresees people and other subjects' tutelage concerning the treatment of personal data. According to the above stated regulation, such a treatment will be based on the principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and safeguard of both your Confidentiality and your rights. Under the senses of article 13 of Law Decree n.196/2003, therefore we supply you the following information:

1. The data you supply will be treated for a database processing for the Company¡¯s exclusive use, for sending promotional notices concerning either services and events by Anne Stubley or its partner companies, sending news concerning both customs and tax matters, transport, internationalisation and trade abroad, news that can be either selected or pre-arranges by our Staff.
2. The treatment will be carried out both in a manual and computerised way.
3. The data supplying is optional but the possible refusal of supplying that data could involve a failed or partial service execution.
4. The data can be communicated to: Anne Stubley.

6. The entity responsible for the treatment is: the legal representative of Anne Stubley as stated in the web-site www.annestubley.com.
7. You will be able to exercise your rights at any moment towards the owner of the treatment under the senses of art.7 of Law Decree 196/2003. We reproduce the following completely for your convenience:

Law Decree n.196/2003, Art. 7 - Right of access to personal data and other rights.

1. The person involved has the right to get the confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning himself/herself even if the data are not registered yet, and also their communication in an intelligible form.
2. The person involved has the right to get the information concerning:
   a. the origin of his/her personal data;
   b. the treatment’s aims and ways;
   c. the logic applied in case of treatment made with the help of electronic tools;
   d. the identification details of the owner, the responsible people and the representative appointed under the sense of article 5, clause 2;
   e. the person or the categories of people the personal data can be communicated to or that can happen to know them as appointed representatives in the territory of the State, as responsible or appointed people.
3. The person involved has the right to get:
   a. the update, the amendment and when there is an interest, the data’s integration;
   b. the cancellation, the transformation in an anonymous form or the halt of the data treated breaching the law, included those whose preservation is not needed in connection to the goals for which those data have been collected or eventually treated;
   c. the proof that the operations stated in clauses a) and b) have been brought to the knowledge of those people to whom the data have been either communicated or spread, also as far as their content is concerned, unless in case that fulfilment is either impossible or involves a use of means shown as out of proportion in comparison to the safeguarded right.
4. The person involved has the right to oppose either completely or partially:
   a. due to legitimate reasons of personal data concerning him/her, even if they are relevant to the collection’s goal;
   b. to the treatment of personal data concerning him/her for goals related either to the sending of advertising material or direct sale or fulfilling market research or commercial notices.
